How much does a limo or black car service cost?
Your rate depends on distance, vehicle and trip type, and you see the full price before you pay. Airport transfers and point-to-point rides are flat-rate. Hourly service is billed by the hour with a 3-hour minimum. Taxes, tolls and gratuity are already included.
How far in advance should I book?
Book at least 2 hours ahead for online reservations. For same-day rides with shorter notice, call or text dispatch and we'll confirm availability right away. For weekends, holidays and big events like Dreamforce, booking a few days ahead is smart.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes on your end. We track your flight number and your chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time. You get 60 minutes of free wait time after touchdown.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
Curbside pickups happen at the departures level once you have your bags. With meet & greet, your chauffeur waits inside at baggage claim holding a sign with your name. You'll receive your chauffeur's name and number by text before landing.
Can I book a ride for someone else?
Yes. Enter the traveler's name and phone number at checkout and they'll get the chauffeur details directly. Executive assistants and travel planners use this for clients and visiting guests.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Changes to time or address can be made any time by contacting dispatch.
