Which areas do you serve?

We serve San Francisco and the Greater Bay Area, offering transportation to nearby cities, counties, and San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

How does airport pickup work?

We provide both Curbside Pickup and Meet & Greet. With Meet & Greet, the chauffeur will wait inside the terminal holding a sign with your name.

How are your rates calculated?

Our rates are based on mileage, hourly charter, or fixed pricing for certain routes such as airport transfers.

Is there a minimum hourly requirement?

Yes. The minimum booking time is 3 hours within San Francisco and nearby areas. For Napa Valley or long-distance trips, a 4-hour minimum applies.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. Infant, toddler, and booster seats are available upon request in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and invoice billing. Cash tips to the chauffeur are also accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations made within **24 hours may incur a fee.

I have a lot of luggage — which vehicle should I choose?

A sedan can accommodate 2–3 suitcases. For 4–6 pieces of luggage, an SUV is recommended.

Do you offer Napa Wine Tours or wedding limo service?

Yes. Infant, toddler, and booster seats are available upon request in advance.

Can I add extra stops or change the route?

Yes. Additional stops or route changes are possible. Extra fees may apply depending on time and distance.

Who do I contact in case of an emergency or issue?

Our dispatch team is available 24/7. Emergency contact information is also included in your booking confirmation email or SMS.
